Refund policy

HelpFrogs has a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue (such as embroidery errors.)

Approved requests will receive store credit equal to the purchase price, issued via digital gift card.

To start a return, you can contact us at helpfrogsofficial@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Clear photos of the issue the item has

If your issue is involving incorrect size selection, please specify this when you contact us. We will arrange an exchange process to swap it out for the correct size.
